When charging, the charger not only charges the battery, but monitors cell voltage, temperature, and charge status to ensure battery health over various charge cycles. Completely charge your batteries in 30 minutes and extended capacity batteries in 60 minutes. If you have any M12 batteries on hand, this charger will also allow you to charge them at the same time you are charging an M18 battery.
